An Award-Winning Pilot Mill powered by craftsmanship, passion and care. Officially part of Tunisia Culinary Route. Nested in Hazeg, a small village in Sfax, that has a sandy and fertile soil by the sea, creating a unique microclimate and offering a unique taste profile. We work with Small Batch Production principle, allowing us to tailor our milling parameters by cultivar and maturity level. We partner with small neighbouring farmers to harvest the olives as per the highest quality standards and with the right schedule to allow an on-time milling and extraction of ultra-premium quality.
