Calistoga Press is home to a small grove of hand-tended olive trees. From this sun drenched grove comes a rare find in the Napa Valley: a certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Manzanillo olives. Harvested when many olives are still green, this beautifully fragrant oil is rich in polyphenols with an elegant fruit forward style and a robust, peppery finish.
